The two most important innovations of the last 20 years in the global gas market have been the shale gas revolution and the emergence of floating LNG technologies (regasification and liquefaction).

Delfin Midstream combines these two innovations to offer the LNG market a low cost, simple and flexible LNG supply solution. Since our FLNG Vessels are pure liquefiers that can be used to liquefy “pipeline quality feedgas” we can use this FLNG technology to develop additional projects in North American by capitalizing on the abundant and low-cost shale gas supply around the continent.

The company is actively pursuing additional FLNG projects in North America by leveraging its generic Liquefier FLNG technology and deep understanding of Deepwater Port regulations. Together with partners the company is developing a Texas Deepwater Port project to capitalize on the abundance of natural gas in East Texas.
